How long will it take to receive my order?

Every LOUDERA item is made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. During new releases or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What are your products made from?

We carefully select each garment to provide the best combination of comfort, fit, and durability.

  • T-Shirts: 100% cotton

  • Crop Tops: 96% cotton, 4% spandex

  • Tank Tops: 52% cotton, 48% polyester

The fabric content for each item is also listed on its product page.

How do your products fit?

Our apparel is designed to have a comfortable, everyday fit. Because different garments are used for different styles, the fit may vary slightly between products.

We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

How should I care for my apparel?

To help keep your apparel looking its best:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.

  • Use a mild detergent.

  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.

Following these care instructions will help preserve both the garment and the artwork.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Once production has started, we may no longer be able to modify your order.

If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

At launch, LOUDERA ships within the United States.

We're excited to expand to additional countries as we grow.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some designs may become permanent staples, while others will be released in limited quantities.

If a design is marked as a limited release, there's no guarantee it will return once it sells out.
